A. Diagnostic Software

Cafe Variome is working closely with the providers of mutation interpretation software used in diagnostic laboratories to produce versions of these tools that will allow you to submit sequence variants directly to Cafe Variome. The following software now offers this functionality:

B. Upload Now

If you do not use software that is currently supported by Cafe Variome or you wish to upload variants in bulk you may use our upload facility to send your variants. Our data importer accepts variants in a variety of formats.

Variants can be added through the administrators interface of Cafe Variome, you must have administrator privileges in order to do this.

We welcome enquiries for setting up custom pipelines for the automated transfer and advertising of your data on Cafe Variome.
